Your Investment 

2-3 hour session and high resolution CD of 20 images- $350.00 includes 20 high res edited images on CD included in color and B&W.  These will be the best 20 images from the session picked by the photographer.  A preview of your session will be available online within a few days of the session and the final CD will be ready in about 4 weeks from the session. The preview can also be uploaded to a print site as soon as its up for you so you can order announcements before your final CD arrives. I ONLY recommend printing my digital images through mpix.com.

I ONLY specialize in newborn photography. Sessions are done in my studio located in Smyrna, TN. If you are interested in booking a newborn session please email me a few weeks before you go into the hospital to set up the session. I take a limited number of sessions per month. Newborn sessions DO need to be done before 10 days of age. I recommend you come as soon as you possibly can..the younger they are the better. I find the best age is between 6-8 days. I can not guarantee I can give you the same type shots shown in my newborn work after 10 days of age. After this they uncurl, wake up, and are just basically hard to pose and don’t sleep as well. These sessions last anywhere from 2-4 hours depending on how well the baby sleeps. No clothing is needed for newborn shoots as they are done in the nude. Nothing is more precious and classic than newborn skin. The studio will be kept at 85+ degrees and will also have a space heater running to keep baby asleep and comfortable. I have had parents complain about baby possibly getting hot. Please remember that baby just came out of an oven that was 98.6 degrees and will let us know if they arent comfortable. If its not super warm they will not sleep and you wont get the best results. The session price also includes access to my very full prop closet. No need to spend lots of money on props!

 SUGGESTION FOR THE BEST PICS: The worst sessions come when the parents come in and tell me that the baby slept all night long..which of course results in baby wide awake for the whole session and not so great pics. I know its not desirable but if baby does sleep good the night of the session try your hardest to keep them awake as much as possible before the session time..otherwise we wont have a sleepy baby. Also try and bath baby right before leaving for the session that really wakes them up and after makes them sleep well. We will try and nurse or bottle baby right before we start and will nurse as often as baby wants during a session thats keeps them happy and sleepy!

 Also, please no other children in the studio during newborn sessions and a limit of two adults. The studio is very small and does not accomodate for more than 2 adults. If you are wanting sibling shots please discuss this with me before the session.
